Thomas is a valuable asset to any organization and his diverse range of abilities allow him to bring cohesion to the various marketing and communications disciplines and creates an important link with outside providers of services. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from one of the top private colleges in the country, the prestigious Rollins College. With his degree specializing in Computer Information Systems and a minor of Business, he entered the work force.
Thomas has now been in the IT industry for nearly 25 years. He has worked for some of the largest and most well-known IT companies in the world, including Harris Corporation (where he worked on the country’s Air Traffic Control System), McDonnell Douglas (located at the Kennedy Space Center, he worked on the International Space Station project), IBM, and even the famed Walt Disney Imagineering department. He then moved on to work for the bulk of his career for the IT area of Federal Express, FedEx Services.

As the eldest of three children raised in Southern California by a single mother, they relocated to Orlando where she went on to graduate as Valedictorian from Boone High School.
Currently residing in South Florida, she is a proud mother of two young children of her own and is now a thriving entrepreneur with multiple companies established to help further the lives of small businesses as well as individuals. She continues to show her passion for helping others through the efforts of Aid Found.

Hawk has been married to Mary C. Blackhawk for 20 years with one son, one daughter, and seven grandchildren. He started and operated a residential and commercial security alarm company and after fifteen years decided to sell and retire from commercial life. During those fifteen years he served as an associate deputy Sherriff under Sherriff Ancel Carter for 8 years. He got involved in mission work while attending Corbin Church of God. His first mission trip along with 30 other people involved transporting bibles into communist China. This ignited something deep within him that lead him once again to embark on a fourteen-day trip to Ecuador, serving as a missionary Evangelist with another pastor, spent two weeks preaching throughout Ambato, Quito and neighboring villages. While interacting with all denominations saw a great out pouring of the holy spirit among the Kichwa Indians. The Lord has really become the focal point of Hawks life. Leading him in the direction of giving to others that are in need either spiritually or physically.
Hawk is now dedicated to helping others that have suffered because of a natural disaster, through the efforts of AIDFound. Realizing that help can come both spiritually and physically as well as financially. Working with AidFound has allowed Hawk to expand his deepest desires to do Humanitarian works across the globe. Humanitarian works should know no borders.
COACH CHARLIE BAGGETT

After earning a BS degree in Food Systems Management and Economics from MSU he worked for IBM for one year.
Charlie then began his 35 year coaching career overseeing wide receivers & running backs at Bowling Green State University in Ohio in 1977. He then moved on to coach wide receivers at the Univ. of Minnesota from 1981-82. He then returned to Michigan State to coach Running Backs and Wide Receivers for 10 years under George Perles.
Baggett then made his NFL coaching debut with the Houston Oilers, tutoring receivers from 1993-94. In his first season with the team, Oilers receivers Haywood Jefferies & Webster Slaughter were named to the Pro Bowl. After two seasons with the Oilers he was summoned back to East Lansing to work with Nick Saban as Associate Head Coach and Wide Receiver Coach. During his two tenures at Michigan State, Baggett guided such future NFL players as Andre Rison, Mark Ingram, Plaxico Burress, Lorenzo White, Muhsin Muhammad, Daryl Turner, Derrick Mason, & Courtney Hawkins.
In 1999 Charlie moved on to the Green Bay Packers where he coached the Wide Receivers.Packers receivers Antonio Freeman & Bill Schroeder each surpassed 1,000 yards & combined for 148 catches.
He coached the Wide Receivers for the Minnesota Vikings from 2000-04 coaching Cris Carter & Randy Moss. In the first four seasons of Baggett’s tenure, Moss had 376 receptions for 5,649 yards & 49 touchdowns, all of which ranked in the top three in the NFL. Carter caught 169 passes before retiring after the 2001 season. Carter (2000) & Moss (2000, 2002-03) earned four Pro Bowl invitations.
Reunited with Nick Saban, he coached at the Miami Dolphins where he was named Assistant Head coach and coached Chris Chambers & Wes Welker. Chambers recorded the most productive season of his career in 2005, catching 82 passes for 1,118 yards and 11 touchdowns & becoming the first Dolphins wide receiver to be named to the Pro Bowl since Irving Fryar in 1994.
Following his stint in Miami, Baggett coached wide receivers at the Univ. of Washington from 2007-08 under Tyrone Willingham, followed by one season at the St. Louis Rams before moving on to the University of Tennessee where he coached two seasons.
Baggett is now happily retired from coaching and resides in Alpharetta,GA with his wife Lisa. Together they own two lifestyle boutiques in Alpharetta. Charlie also works with Heritage Werks an archival company in Suwanee,GA. He is also a distributor for Enagic Kangen Water machines and is an Affiliate for the sports app company United Games.
Charlie and his wife have one daughter Camille.

Gerard, graduated from Trinity College, Dublin and emigrated to New York in the mid 80’s. He has been a keen student of Sustainability and Development and is a dedicated proponent of for Profit Philanthropy. He is also a great believer in the power of the Internet to generate social change.

He is a man of God with impeccable integrity who has provided various workshops for the community-at-large, such as Marriage and Family counseling, and School of the Holy Spirit Conferences. He has supported financially or through teaching abroad, missions throughout the Caribbean, Central America, and other parts of the world. Many have been touched and motivated by his teaching ministry to become involved in helping others. In Pastor’s words, “The purpose of the Church is two-fold, leading people to establish a personal relationship with Christ, as well as to meet the needs of the community.”
Pastor Alan is uniquely qualified because of his vast experience in ministry, as his teachings focus on the application of God’s Word in the areas of faith, family, and finances, teaching and empowering individuals to identify and use their God-given gifts. His love of God and His people, has led him to establish his fundraising efforts, that by working together and helping others, people of God can engage and use their individual gifts and calling in various outreach ministries around the world.
Pastor Richard Alan has been an ordained minister now for over 35 years and has been either the Senior Pastor or a Member of the Pastoral Staff of five different Churches during that time. He has been involved in fundraising and charitable causes for many years, working with Churches, as well as charitable organizations and companies having a heart for philanthropy and charitable giving. He has also worked in the area of research and development concerning fundraising and has headed up the development of a fundraising department with a former company as its Director.
He is presently associated with Avazoo Worldwide as the Coordinator of Philanthropy & Charitable Giving, as the company projects to give up to 65% of its net revenue toward philanthropic and charitable causes, especially those that help victims from natural disasters.

He worked at the Lodge at Pebble Beach organizing F&B at the At&T and US Open golf tournaments in Pebble Beach, as well as opening the Peabody Hotel and working at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando Florida before starting 21st Century Television Corp.
As, Owner of 21st Century Corp., he teamed up With Paul Higgins of ESPN to produce many sport fishing programs and sports shows highlighting and promoting lesser known destinations all over the world for ESPN INTERNATIONAL (seen in 191 countries and translated into 11 languages).
He has interviewed world leaders such as Fidel Castro, the Prime Ministers of Antigua and Trinidad &Tobago, and the King of Tonga. Most recently, he had been involved with producing shows for NAT GEO and other networks featuring Panama and Palawan in the Philippines.
